We are able to compete with larger list suppliers due to the accuracy we apply to all our list counts and selections. We are confident of the accuracy of our data which is why we operate a 100% delivery policy which ensures that if the mailing piece is returned we will refund the cost of that mailing piece in cash or kind.

We also charge only one rate per thousand with no hidden selection charges as we believe that the buying process should be made as easy as possible for both clients and ourselves. This is supported by our ability to get a quote back to the client within 24hrs and an order delivered no more than ten days after confirmation, and within 48 hours if required. All this service planning would be undone of we were to enforce a minimum order. Our belief is that direct marketing is reliant on precision targeting whether it be for a large or small campaign. A minimum order destroys that accuracy and adds unnecessary costs to a budgeted project.
